I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional committed to creating a safe, affirming, and empowering space for healing and growth. I specialize in supporting individuals, adolescents, and couples as they navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with their authentic selves. I have a special interest in working with high achieving black women.

With a strong clinical foundation and diverse experience in mental health care, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational concerns. I understand that healing is not one-size-fits-all—especially for Black women, whose experiences are often shaped by unique cultural, societal, and generational factors. My approach is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices, always centering your lived experience and voice.

I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Motivational Interviewing. These approaches allow me to tailor treatment to your individual needs—whether that’s identifying and reframing unhelpful thought patterns, processing past trauma, strengthening emotional bonds, or building motivation for meaningful change.

I am especially passionate about helping teens and adolescents develop emotional awareness, healthy coping skills, and confidence during critical stages of identity development. In my work with couples, I focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and fostering deeper emotional connection.

My goal is to meet you where you are—with warmth, authenticity, and clinical insight and gently challenge you toward growth. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, I am here to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and wholeness.
