I’m a therapist who is passionate about helping adolescents navigate life changes, identity, and the everyday challenges that come with growing up. I know the teenage years can feel overwhelming, and I work to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and able to be themselves without judgment. My goal is to support each client in building confidence, developing healthy coping skills, and feeling more in control of their lives.

I also enjoy working with children through play therapy, using creative approaches to help them express their emotions, build confidence, and better understand what they’re feeling. I often incorporate elements of CBT to help clients make sense of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a way that feels real and practical.

My goal is to meet each client where they are and support them in feeling more in control of their emotions and their life. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life, and I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for everyone I work with.

Outside of therapy, I love traveling, trying new foods, and experiencing new things. I also enjoy sewing and creating new pieces, it’s one of the ways I express my creativity outside of the therapy room.
