Now accepting clients virtually and in person.

I am passionate about helping individuals find healing, hope, and purpose in the midst of life’s most difficult seasons. My journey into counseling was shaped by personal experiences where I witnessed how God can redeem even the most painful situations for good. That transformation led me to pursue this work and walk alongside others as they navigate their own paths toward restoration.

I enjoy working with women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, betrayal, church hurt, trauma, postpartum or infertility difficulties, or various life transitions. I am especially passionate about helping women rebuild their sense of identity and step confidently into the life they are called to live. I strive to help couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict in healthy ways, and develop deeper emotional connection. My goal is to make each person feel heard, understood, and supported. Additionally, I have a passion to support individuals who are recovering from addiction by offering encouragement, accountability, and practical tools to help them move toward lasting change and a renewed sense of control over their lives.

My counseling approach is down to earth, empowering, and rooted in the belief that your story is not finished yet!! I draw from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Motivational Interviewing to support meaningful and lasting change. When desired, I love to incorporate faith into the counseling process in a way that aligns with each client’s values. Christian counseling builds a strong foundation for achieving ultimate wellbeing.

Outside of my clinical work, my two beautiful golden retrievers keep me busy. I enjoy a day on the golf course or taking on the back 9 at sunset. You will rarely find me not working on a project of some kind whether it be needlepoint, embroidery, quilting, or scrapbooking. I often go to restaurants one might save for a special occasion on a random weeknight just because!

Habakkuk 3:19

“The Sovereign Lord is my strength!

He makes me as surefooted as a deer, able to tread upon the heights.” God is our SOURCE! He equips us with stability, resilience, and the ability to rise above life’s challenges with confidence and endurance.
